Multi-talented concept - from logistics to pharmaceutical archive
A highly flexible property for logistics and pharmaceuticals has been created centrally in the Rhine-Main region. The user EPL offers the rental space as biobank biostorage services, enabling its customers to consolidate clinical research material and retrieve it via a digital index, e.g. clinical research material such as blood and blood products. The Four Parx team spent around a year working with pharmaceutical technicians on the high standards of safety and state-of-the-art technology in the expansion of the property. The second user is a partner of Hermes Einrichtungs-Service. This is where large electrical appliances and furniture as well as other bulky and heavy goods are stored and delivered to private end customers.
