Multi
Use

With our multi-use thinking, we bundle different forms of use in urban real estate. This creates modern locations that combine commercial and logistical needs with social benefits.

The challenge

One-dimensional thinking for urban real estate must make way for multifunctionality.

Urban real estate that is not divided into conventional usage categories creates new space. Not only for new concepts in people's minds, but also for the actual development of urban areas. The individual consideration of usage needs results in both efficient and socially accepted multi-use applications.

Logistical hubs can thus be sensibly combined with restaurants, event spaces, educational facilities or medical care, for example.

Our conceptual thinking

Small area, but with upward potential

Urban areas for real estate development are scarce. They must therefore be used in such a way that the needs of the most diverse interest groups can be met efficiently in the smallest possible space. We create positive and accepted synergies between logistics, work, supply and life. The Four Parx Multi-Hub is an excellent answer to this, because it combines many uses on different levels.

Our products

PRODUCTS FOR THE CONCEPT

Multi-Hub

The shortage of space in the urban environment leads us to real estate products that need multifunctional uses. The multi-story building enables sophisticated multi-use on several levels in a small construction area.

To the product

"The urban buildings of tomorrow must meet the needs of very different target or interest groups. That works. Convincing, diverse and very lively."

OTHER CONCEPTS

Vertical Solution

Where there are limits at the bottom, opportunities must be opened up at the top: With this conceptual approach, we are countering both the shortage of space and the requirements for sealing - with multi-story commercial properties.

Chain Flow

Modern supply chains must not shackle our cities, but rather must make them flow. To achieve this, we develop concepts that combine inner-city infrastructures with strategic logistics ideas in the surrounding area.

Last Mile

The last mile is a challenge that we think about conceptually first today. Holistically and with specific real estate products.

Smart City Loop

We have thought through freight transport in depth when it comes to supply and disposal in cities. Quite literally with a study on underground supply in smart combination with our Four Parx Connect, Four Parx Urban and Four Parx City products.

Next Work

We are taking the principles of 'new work' to the next stage of development. 'Next work' combines modern working models directly with concepts for sustainable and agile real estate
