The first two-story logistics property in Germany

The two-story concept, which is unique in Germany, not only enables logistics operations with 45-ton trucks on the second floor, but also sustainable use of space through brownfield development. Our Mach² project thus makes it possible to maximize efficiency in the use of land resources while minimizing environmental impact. Through the careful selection of building materials and optimization with life cycle assessments, we were able to significantly reduce the CO₂ footprint of our project - we improved the benchmark of the reference building according to BREEAM by 40%, which earned us the quality "Outstanding."

From an economic point of view, the installation of one of the largest roof systems for photovoltaics in Hamburg sets an impressive example for energy autonomy and renewable energies. From a social point of view, we promote sustainable mobility with our infrastructure for e-charging stations, cycle and pedestrian paths, and direct public transport access. The high availability of daylight and the creation of attractive break and work areas help to improve the quality of work and the well-being of employees.
