In Groß-Gerau, near Frankfurt Airport, Four Parx developed a facility as a platform for the handling of fresh fish and meat for METRO AG. This site serves as a hub for supplying all METRO stores in Germany and other countries with fresh fish.
FOUR PARX GG08 was developed in 2010/2011 as a new logistics and business park under the nextpark concept. This logistics property is notable for its sustainable and cost-efficient construction. Located in the logistics triangle of Frankfurt-Darmstadt-Wiesbaden/Mainz within a newly designed industrial zone, the park benefits from this central position for international goods traffic as well as for supplying the entire metropolitan region with over 5 million residents.
The buildings have been certified with Gold by DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council) for their sustainable construction.
