Centrally located in the Rhine-Main logistics region next to the center of Frankfurt, FOUR PARX Dietzenbach was built on a 49,500 square meter site.
The project was completed at the end of 2015. We have thus also realized a project in the Rhine-Main urban center and logistics hub to meet the increasing demand for space on the one hand and the growing shortage of space on the other. The Rhine-Main region has around 5.7 million inhabitants and the Frankfurt-Rhine-Main urban center has around 2.2 million.
