Planning and realization of approximately 450,000 m² business park

At the Bergkirchen interchange (BAB 8), one of Bavaria’s largest commercial and logistics centers was developed. A greenfield development resulted in a logistics and business park spanning around 450,000 m².

In the interest of the municipality of Bergkirchen, Four Parx (formerly Logicreal) took over the creation of the development plan. Additionally, Four Parx completed infrastructure construction on 78,000 m² of the area, with a total plot size of 120,000 m², and was also responsible for the overall marketing of the park.
